Good quality product, easily assembled, great service
Ransom were able to promptly source the lower basket for my ageing Neff dishwaher. It arrived in 48 hours, was easily assembled and fits perfectly. It is a very good quality product (better than the original). Excellent customer service.

Perfect fit
Perfect fit replacement for a rusted basket. The quality is even better than the original and its configured slightly differently, but in fact appears easier to get even more in!! Fast delivery by Ransom spares. Appears to be an expensive item but in my view well worth the money

Good Product, Good for a year or two
I have purchased this product a number of times, ranging in price from £26 to now £16. While not as good as the original element with my oven which lasted 6 years, I have now purchased this item three time lasting typically up to 2 years. I have raised the longevity (quality) of the product with ransom spares, through reviews previously and by email when I made my most recent purchase in the hoping they would have made gesture of good will (although I'm expecting them to read my mind) reviewing my purchase history, but was given some explanation it could be various other factors. Did i respond, no. My purchase history was the point, and no doubt If I have the oven in 18 mth time, I will raise the issue again, and will have similar explanation. So like my last review of the part, it does the job, do not expect it last more than 2 years. But the price is dropping so next time, it maybe £8.

Great value
Bought several spare parts from Ransom and always found them to be good value products and good company to deal with. The element I bought this time was for my old and trusty Baumatic oven, and that's it's 2nd replacement element which is pretty good as it's 17 years old - pretty easy to replace so amazing to think people just chuck the whole oven when the element goes - had I done that maybe would have spent £600 over the period, instead I've spent about £30.
