Easy to fit in 10 minutes
Couldn't find this part other than from Ransom. It arrived very quickly, and I was able to re-hang the washing machine door with no problems. Only comment is that it would be good idea to include fitting instructions, as not everyone is confident at DIY repairs.

Excellent product - not always easy to fit, but persevere!
The unit arrived very quickly and well packaged. Having viewed the excellent on-line video, I expected it to be a doodle to fit: the video shows fitting it from the front. However, my unit - a Prestige PR1-DO - and, undoubtedly, some others, need the element to be fitted from the rear which, for a fitted unit, requires the entire unit to be completely removed from its carcass, which is certainly a two-person (at least!) job which should be approached very carefully. There were numerous screws to remove and replace, some of which were very fiddly - particularly replacing. At under £20 - if you can fit it yourself, or with free assistance - this unit is great value and you will save a fortune compared to calling out an engineer. Thank you Ransoms
