Good product, slightly tricky to fit.
Decided to tackle this door seal change after the wife destroyed the old membrane washing wired brassieres,(beware)! After watching several experts on Utube make the job look simple, away I went. Firstly all the experts had acres of space around the machine they were working on! My machine position was in a much tighter space, also dismantling resulted in quite a few screw holes misaligning on reassembly! What joy! Ultimately I completed the job in two hours of cussing, cursing and skinned hands. Having said all that it was very satisfying. I think if I tackled it again I would half the time taken.

Great product, very easy to fit
There's not a lot you can say about a door catch really. Mine had snapped ages ago, but when it snapped it left the door switch in the closed position so I could still use the dryer so long as I put something in front of the door to hold it closed(!). Eventually I decided to get a replacement. Removed one screw, took the broken catch off, put this into place, screwed it back in and VOILA... working door catch. Couldn't really be much more straightforward.

Ransom came up trumps on all fronts. First with a video explaining what could have happened with my oven and how to fix it with easy to follow instruction. Then a great price on the product required with next day delivery. Saved me a fortune on having to use a domestic appliance engineer, especially as it was such a simple fix. Thank you, highly recommended and no hesitation in using again.
