Great service and part but beyond my DIY skills in the end :-(
Can't fault the service from ransom spares highly recommend the company and service provided, the belt was very tricky to get on (ended up with quite badly cut hands by end of it!!) unfortunately didn't do the job, not the fault of the part just needed other work doing to the drum which was beyond me so ended up with new machine anyway but was worth a try!

DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY
I have had a broken door handle on the washing machine for some time and was waiting for it to finally become unworkable before buying a new machine. Just happened to come across Ransom spares one day whilst surfing the net and took a chance on buying and trying to fit a new handle. Delivery was very quick and it took only 15 mins to change. I'm no expert on these things so needed my son to hold the front of the handle whilst i fitted the spring (only tricky bit). All in, a very good experience and saved me a lot of money.

Ordered as a replacement for a failed component. I was pleased to find it was indeed an original component i.e. not a replica of lower quality. Delivered promptly too. I only gave the part a quality rating of 4stars, because although it appears to be an authentic component, the original failed within 18 months.
