Quality merchandise, Quick & Easy installation
When I began my online search for this product, I had not yet heard of RansomSpares. I was very impressed how easy it was to navigate the spares listings and how quickly my required part was made available to view and purchase. I ordered the part during the Christmas rush and to be honest I believed it would take a few extra days maybe due to the postal volume. My part arrived within thye specified time, was excellent quality and was so easy to install my 11 year old daughter could have done it as it was a simple slide and click fixing. Very happy with the service and the part, will certainly be considering doing more business with you in the future, Many Thanks :-)

No hassle product
Straight forward fit for a 'competent person' able to extract the oven from the cupboard unit, dismantle the rear casing and taking note of where the wires go. (Having turned off the power at the isolating switch first!) You can get cheaper pattern parts but it's virtually impossible to know how well they are built or will last. As it was for a third party I felt it was not worth chancing.

Great product, but needing adaption to fit
This is a great product - before fitting it, the oven sounded dreadful and we'd stopped using it altogether. This unit works fine and is quiet in operation. Good value too, and arrived very quickly through Ransom's. Only issue was that fitting it to my Caple oven was a bit tricky - the electrical connections on this unit were in a different place to the original, and the wires in the own didn't reach..... so I had to extend the wiring in the oven. Once done, it was easy enough to fit, and we're using the oven again - just in time for Christmas!
