excellent value product !
Part which i ordered and paid next day delivery for was not the part which arrived. I contacted Ransom Spares by telephone and they sent me the right part out the same day , they said it had been a picking error. The was fitted without any problems and works fine. This is the second time i have used Ransom and would recommend them to anyone, still awaiting prepaid returns label which i have not received as yet to return the first part but a really nice company to deal with and would have no hesitation to use them again.

brilliant product and great service
As with the top hinge, the bottom hinge was the same, the moment I rang Ransome's for help I was given good advice and service. Possibly change of parts by makers a few years back so part could be one of two different parts, sales sent me email explaining difference and I was able to get correct ones, delivery was prompt and I fitted parts with no trouble and fridge is now working properly. I would have no problems dealing with Ransomes again, Thank you for all of your assistance
