It moves your clothes up and down during the spin cycle for thorough cleaning. Has holes at the bottom and is attached to the washing machine drum interior. Also lifts and separates your garments so they don’t tangle and clump in the washing machine.

If your clothes get tangled or are not evenly washed during the cycle, it might be a problem with the drum paddle lifter. Change it with this replacement part.
