Leak cured
Needed this item to cure a leak from the Original plastic Joint. Item was out of stock when ordered but new stock Arrived within A few days and was delivered a day or so later. Easy to fit the new metal elbows and much better than the original plastic. Only issue is that the elbow has to be ordered with the back rest, which I didn’t need. Would be great if the elbow could be ordered on its own. Would recommend this company to others.

could be made of a better material
this part is ok to fit as long as you are very handy, there is an amount of stripping down and beware the pump has oil in it and needs to be caught into a container

Terrible service
Ordered the part took my money then said it was out of stock. Two further delays with predicted delivery dates not met. Complained and no one was interested said "you get that" they only check if they have a part after it is paid for. Will not use this company again. Real shame as the part was good quality & cured the problem.

Great product pump works well now
These little nylon gears are a common fault on k2 machines but they are quite easily fitted if you are handy The gears are great value and Ransom Spares are very helpful and post out quickly
