Great quality product
Heater arrived verry fast and was a matter of undoing a couple of bolts to gain access and replace. The only issue was that the connectors were a bit fidley to remove, but nothing too complicated. Oven has been work for over a month now without problems. Recommend!

Fan oven stopped producing heat
My fan assisted oven stopped producing heat and I was about to buy a new one from curry’s and pay for fitting. It’s the week before Xmas so times wasn’t in my side. I found ransom spares whilst searching for Why the heat doesn’t work but fan does. They had a very useful video and instruction of why it would have happened. So it gave me the confidence to order the heat king element which the instructions explained how so I got the correct one. Also the video showed how to fit it. I paid for next day delivery which, unfortunately didn’t turn up. I emailed and they apologised and refunded the delivery payment. I received the part the day after which like the video took me 10-15 mins to fit. Great instructional video and written instructions. And to be fair it was probably the fault of Royal Mail re the delivery. Very happy customer Thanks

Zanussi Tumble Dryer Replacement Drive Belt
The part was supplied quickly and seems like it is good quality. The original drive belt lasted 6.5 years of almost daily use so this one should see out the life of the machine. Fitting is a bit fiddly but there are excellent video tutorials that show how its done. Watch out for cut hands as the internal edges of appliances can really sharp!
