Is a crockery basket really necessary?
Plates, bowls, and cups are stored and organised in crockery baskets. It contains sections or separators to separate various types of cutlery and keep them from contacting one another or breaking while being transported or stored.
What causes damage to the crockery basket?

Excellent product
The quality of this replacement basket seems *at least* as good as the original basket it was replacing. Only time will tell how it stands up to years of use, but first impressions are excellent. Delivery very prompt and efficient.

Very satisfied
I have to say how impressed I was with Random Spares. I nearly didn’t order as I was a bit nervous as there was no telephone number and a few other reviews left were not happy about this. However I can say that I am so pleased I took the plunge, as soon as I ordered I received a confirmation email, then I was regularly updated about delivery and hey presto 3 days later it was here. Took old drawer out and new one in, job done. I also ordered the bottom one a few days later and same review applies.

Great Quality & easy fit
Bought both top & lower trays for a NEFF integrated dishwasher. Not cheap, but when you see the quality you will understand why. Perfect fit, & easy to assemble the few accessories to the trays. Could not be more delighted. Also great service & despatch & delivery from Ransome Spares.

Fitted my dishwasher
Delivery was quick and the part fitted into my existing machine without too much trouble. I had to remove the rotating sprayer from the old basket and fit to the new one but this required very little effort. Overall whilst not an identical replacement for my NEFF dishwasher it is fit for purpose and significantly cheaper than other suppliers.

Good product and service
Although I felt the product was overpriced Ransoms still had the best price on-line so that was the main reason for buying from them. Unfortunately when the product arrived it was damaged and not able to fit as it should. A quick e'mail to Ransoms and a replacement was sent within a few days. The correspondence between us was both courteous and professional. In my mind this is the way that all transactions should be done between the seller and the buyer.

So far so good
Quality product. The upper tray has two levels which I discovered by chance when I heard something unhappy in the dishwasher: It was the spray arm banging on the plates below. Soon resolved but no instruction in box.

My tray is rusty and I wish to replace it. Does the spray head just clip out.

Hi Martin, you would usually need to remove the clip on the front of the runners, then the basket will pull out.

Will this upper crockery tray fit a NEFF S353ITX02G/39 as in reality the dishwasher is internally the same as a NEFF 875HKX20G and many others that now have the detergent dispenser in the middle of the door rather than older styles that has the detergent dispenser off set to the centre.
