Our fridge is happy.
Recently the hinge in our Neff builtin fridge broke after more than fifteen years of happy service. We were able to order a replacement from here which arrived well packaged and in good condition. Fitting it was straightforward as it came with instructions, but it is always useful to have a second pair of hands. Now our fridge closes properly and feels like new again. Happy days!

Excellent original part
The part was very well packed, the reed switch package mimicking it's position in the machine. Be careful not to stress the covering piece in the machine, when lifting it to replace the reed switch complete on it's PCB. The whole excercise, including removing and replacing the side cover of the machine only took about 15 minutes.

Not as difficult as it felt at the time.
My oven went out when I was self isolating during the lockdown. With a lack of food in the house I could cook without my oven, I had no choice but to order an element and replace it myself. Despite the website saying that the disruption meant the part could take longer than the two working days they were citing, it arrived absolutely on time. The hardest part was getting the original out, and although replacing it felt difficult at the time, afterwards on reflection it wasn't actually that difficult. My oven is now back and cooking as good as new, and I'm obviously delighted with everything from the process to the speedy service.

Good quality, relatively easy to fit
Exact product I needed for my whirlpool oven. I did have to remove bank of oven to reconnect the spade fittings but this is the design of the oven not this part. Working great so far, fixed my problem of the oven not heating.
