great value easy replacement
Our oven failed a week before Xmas, unable to get a repairman in time I found this replacement element & fitting looked simple (did not require oven to be removed from the kitchen unit). Installation was super easy, it was a perfect replacement for the failed element in the oven. Felt really proud of myself! 2/3 the price of other parts website, delivered quickly & seems to work as well as the original. Saved Xmas that's for sure!

No problem with produce, just delivery time.
I ordered the part on a Monday and received it the following Monday. The delay was due in the main to the postal strike, which I know is beyond your control, unless you use a different carrrier. The interesting part is that the part left you on the Tuesday from Yeovil, on Friday I got an email from the postoffice saying that it was in Milton Keynes! Then another email to say it arrived at Plymouth on the Sunday to be delivered to me in Bodmin on the Monday. I do not have a problem with the parts that you suplly, just the delivery on this occasion. Regards, Mike Grigg.

Exact match for faulty oven element
Easy to find the right part once I had the model number of my John Lewis oven. The exploded diagrams on the website helped. Lifting the oven out and holding it steady whilst the replacement was executed required two people. The screws on the oven needed a special tool. A six pointed star Bit for a screwdriver set. However, the actual element was easy to replace and worked perfectly.
