How do I remove the old hinges from the oven housing and then replace them with new hings?

Hi, I am looking to replace my main oven door hinge on AEG mod D31016 prod 944171462 01, the above part says it is compatible with D31016 -B and 94417146100, which is slightly different to mine. Is the part still compatible ?
