Great product, works perfectly

Product was as described and the correct part. Had difficulty getting the new hinge in the right angle before placing hinge into oven but once we did it fitted perfectly.

Just what was needed

Perfect fit, just a bit tricky to 'open' to allow fitting to the oven.

How do you open the bit that fits into the oven? It's currently stuck in place which won't allow the clip to open. I noticed a previous comment said this was tough, but i can't figure out how to do it.

Hi Heather, these can be very tough to open. You may need to use a vice to get enough grip to open the hinge.

Hi I'm following up on my previous question. Is there anything that needs to be loosened/shifted to allow the hinge to open/move. It doesn't feel like it's going to shift by force alone (vice or no vice).

Hi, there is a small clip underneath the arm, which would need to be pulled away from the arm.
