Having lost several small insulating rubber feet off the trivets of my cooker hob, I contacted the maker only to be told that they did not supply them separately and the only way to buy them was either to buy new trivets (£59.50+ VAT ) for each of 4 trivets or buy a new hob. Contacting Ransom on the net they were supplied the next day for approx £12 for twenty. Ransom by name not ransom to pay
