Is this item suitable for a HUE61 Electric top oven? I have checked and my oven does not say HUE61G. We managed to break the glass on the outer door (it went everywhere!!!)

Does this part include the hinges? The outer glass on our top oven has shattered but it seems the hinges are built in.
