What's not to like
Stat arrived in good time. I didn't make an unbagging video. There were no instructions but after taking back and side off the oven, it was pretty obvious what needed doing. Fitting was straightforward with mild suspense as I didn't know whether cable polarity mattered because the 'stat was slightly different from the original in my oven. But it works! And the bread I make is good again. You can't really argue with that. I'll be back.

This thermostat was pretty straight forward to fit. On my oven, I had to take the side and back panel off. Remembering to turn off the power first, unclipped the sensor inside the oven and pulled it through. My old thermostat had three spade connectors, but the new one had two. The earth cable (green/yellow) is not required on the new one. Just tape it and tuck it away.
