This is a genuine lower bottom spray arm made with thick grey plastic.
It rotates to cover the entire lower rack with water. Every dish is equally cleaned during the wash cycle. The high pressure water delivery from the spray arm helps remove food remains without pre-rinsing.
Continuous use, high temperatures, and hard water deposits can lead to clogged nozzles, cracks, or reduced rotation due to worn bearings or seals. If the spray arm isn’t working properly, replace it.
