The lower spray arm covers the entire lower rack with water spray. Every dish is equally cleaned during the wash cycle. The high-pressure water delivery from the spray arm helps remove food remains without pre-rinsing.
Continuous use, exposure to high temperatures, and hard water mineral deposits cause the spray arm to malfunction. Check on your spray arm and see if it needs to be changed promptly.
