This is a genuine drawer front panel with a grab handle. Made of transparent plastic with a glossy finish. Has a “Big Box” sign at the front. Measures 450 mm wide, 400 mm deep, and 155 mm high.
Helps with energy efficiency as it keeps cold air in and hot air out.
A damaged fridge or freezer drawer front panel may be loose, cracked, difficult to use, detached from the drawer, or make unusual noises when operated. Change it with this replacement part.

Easy to order and best price
I found the site through google to replace Broken draw front. Way to order after making sure got right part. Came quick. No firing instructions which would have been useful but found YouTube clip. Perhaps point customers to it or do your own?

Wrong part my fault
I ordered the wrong part, it could have been a clearer description e.g top draw etc. Happy that i can return the part at my convenience due to covid situation. Would have been nice if they sent me the correct part automatically as I've read they have done for previous customers. Strange.

Wait and see
I received the product and it was just what I required. However unfortunately the product was damaged and had a corner broken off it. I personally think this was due to poor packaging. I was disappointed and rang customer services. I spoke to a very helpful advisor who assured me they would send me a replacement and I was able to delay the receipt of this until after my holiday. I am quite happy with this level of service and hope to receive the replacement at the end of the month. If all goes OK with the order I would give 10 out of 10 for customer service.

Will this fit the Big Box drawer of my freezer model number GSV36VW30G/01. Please could you confirm the dimensions as I need 30x38cm and have ordered what looks like the same item 2 times now and it was a larger size (28.5x28cm and didn't fit). Thanks

Is this the the drawer cover for the middle freezer drawer 260x433mm for Bosch KGN34x61GB/01. It is compatible, but is it the right cover. Had ordered smaller cover from you before and had to return. Just want to get it right this time.
