Right Replacement Part

Did the job
Bosch KIN32A41GB integrated fridge freezer. Something broke in the fridge door hinge and it wouldn't shut anymore - I needed to tape it shut. The part arrived promptly and looked and felt of decent quality—first time changing an integrated fridge door hinge so I was confused by the pictures in the instructions at the beginning. But I managed to figure it out in the end. The door now works great 👍

Exactly what I ordered. Ransom had to wait for supplier delivery then I had to find someone 'competent' to remove fridge door and fit hinge, but no fault of Rabsom. Their service abd quality/price was excellent.

Four screws and your done, My fridge door was not shutting properly so decided to change the hinges and what a difference ,the door now shuts so well. very pleased with the product and the great service from Ransomes.

Great product, easy to fit
These hinges for my NEFF fridge were high quality products, delivered very quickly. Due to the weight of the fridge door, it's a job that requires two people, but not complicated. I'm hoping they last as long as the actual fridge does.

Exact replacement at competitive price
Initially very pleased with my purchase as it was an exact replacement for the original hinges on my fridge, one of which had jammed, the other having a broken spring. The hinges were easy to fit, however after about a week, the top hinge has started to creak occasionally on opening the door, raising concerns about durability. No doubt time will tell. The other issue I would like to mention is that when ordering the items, it was not until after I had confirmed the order that I was advised it was out of stock. The hinges were available ex stock on other websites, albeit at a slightly higher price, which, in cases of urgency, may have been preferred option. It would be helpful if you could amend your website to address this issue for future reference
