I messed up, they corrected it!
I ordered what I thought was the right part but I got it wrong. I should have used the website enquiry form to double check ! Anyway, emailed Ransom's, told them my freezer model number & the next day the correct part number was emailed back to me. Arrived couple of days after ordering, all good. I would suggest double checking on their enquiry form, it saves returning the wrong item & paying the postage for the incorrect item originally sent. Decent service all round, thanks.
