Excellent service
Bought this drawer front (and others) to replace ones that had cracked over the years. I needed to contact the service team to confirm the correct parts. Great service - quick and clear response - enabled me to order the parts with confidence. They arrived well packaged within two days. Fitting them was fairly straightforward (there's a handy video on YouTube) - I removed the drawers one at a time and allowed them to get to room temperature making them more flexible and easier to remove the old fronts and fit the new ones.

Good part - slightly fiddly to fit, but that's the nature of the draw design, not this part. Once its in youd never know.

Great product.
We had two cracked drawer fronts in our freezer but other than that it was in full working order. Really pleased to have been able to simply replace the fronts rather than the freezer. Ordering and delivery was efficient. Our only difficulty was removing the old front cover without breaking the flanges! The new drawer front clipped back on easily and the freezer is as good as new!

Great Product
The replacement drawer fronts I ordered for my freezer came securely packaged and fitted perfectly. Following a previous review by lifting off the pins underneath first, I was able to remove and replace very quickly. Three fronts changed in a couple of minutes.

Excellent Service! Ideal Replacement Product!
I needed a new drawer front for my freezer as the 'handle' had snapped off and I remembered the excellent service I had received from Ransom Spares a previous time. I wasn't sure about the actual part number, but Ransom Spares helped me to identify it - and they delivered it extremely quickly! It was relatively easy to fit - just the reverse of removing the old one. Many thanks for a brilliant service!

Hello, I have a Hotpoint Freezer, model number FZFM171P and need to top draw front replacing. It doesn't look like this one, but can you help with the right one. The height is 10cm and the width 42cm. It has a ledge on the front at the bottom, for you to put your fingers in and pull the drawer out. If this will still work, I am happy to have this as an alternative if it will fit. Thanks
