Good as new
The product was quality and looks as original, then again its an original part! Fits easily with no issues. It could have been delivered early, takes ages to arrive but worth the wait.
No hassle turned up on time
Ordered online turned up when expected good condition fitted with out trouble price was good.
Perfect replacement, utter pain to fit
Good quality replacement at best price I could find on the internet. Fitting was a pain as freezer manual didn’t have relevant instructions. So for anyone else struggling, turn freezer power off, remove previous flap. You then need to remove one of the hinges that the flap attaches to in the freezer - I ended up using two flat head screwdrivers to carefully lever the hinge from the freezer wall (one holding out the top part and the 2nd to release the fitting at bottom). Once sufficient gap, wiggle hinge up and down gently whilst pulling forward. Once out, put new flap in place and then press the uninstalled hinge back onto the guide rail to fix.
rapid delivery of the part we wants
We broke the drop down flap by shutting the free\er door with it open - easily done! Finding a replacement was not easy, but I found one here and it was quick to deliver. Fitting was not obvious - you have to pull out the bit on the side which holds it, and this is easy to break.
