How long will it last
This plastic cylinder head was purchased to replace an original Karcher one that failed. I'm not a heavy user of pressure washers but it makes you think how long these parts last. At least Karcher make their products easy to dismantle. Thankfully Ransoms are on hand with stock. They delivered it within the week and the website is easy to navigate. Even the exploded diagrams make it easy to reassemble when you wonder where a certain part goes.

Saved me a whole lot of money!
I have a Karcher K2 FC which has leaked for as long as I can remember. This is no surprise. However, I've recently started using the pressure washer a lot more and so I decided to resolve the issue. I disassembled and diagnosed the problem as a damaged cylinder head (one of the cylinder walls was severely scored and there were loose plastic shavings). For an OEM job it transpired that I'd have to visit a service centre and, I assumed, pay a good amount to fix what was a pretty cheap machine. Not happening. Then in stepped ransomspares! On the off-chance I checked for 3rd party supply of parts and found myself here. £20-odd later I had a new part with all seals included and no more leaks - get in!

Saved the K2 from the scrapheap
My neighbour's K2 was leaking heavily and on investigation I found that it was from one of the cylinders. Finding the right spare part was quite difficult and the Ransom Spares website was the only one I could find which provided enough details to ensure the right fit and they even sent additional photos at my request to make sure. If you are comfortable repairing electrical items then you will probably find replacing the cylinder head easy. However... Beware that the three retaining bolts also hold the thr*st guidance plate which will spring out releasing oil unless you hold/clamp it in place while swapping the cylinder head. The part was delivered as stated within a few days and well packaged. The old K2 worked fine after replacing the head and my neighbour is very happy.

Excellent product
Excellent product. I was able to find the problem with my power washer by browsing online and seeing YouTube videos, and also there I found the product and all the details. Fitting was very easy and it worked straight away. Shipping was according to the time given when I purchased the item.

Excellent service. Product supplied as required
It took some time to identify the item I required as a Karcher pressure washer back foot; once identified the ordering was hassle free and delivery extremely quick and easy. Installation was a bit fiddly but once I had found out exactly what part fitted where and when the whole process was uneventful and quick. My pressure washer no longer has a massive water leak and has worked extremely well ever since.
