Exactly what was needed, on time.
Having acquired a second-hand Flymo 1200R, the one existing problem on the machine was a failure to detect objects on collision. Looking more closely, one of the four rubber support bumpers had come loose, and the bodyshell did not move freely as a result. After waiting over 10 weeks for a delivery of the "In Stock!" parts from Flymo's parts service, I gave up and went straight to Ransom. Ordered at a lower price, with cheaper postage, and they arrived very quickly indeed: result! Mower fixed and operational in less than an hour. Should have ordered from them immediately (Ransom has also, literally, delivered the goods in the past). Incidentally, I still haven't received the parts from Flymo... (after 14 weeks). Well done, Ransom!
