Hi. Would a worn gasket seal stop the drum from rotating? I have replaced a broken belt and this has not fixed the problem.

Hi Jessica, no this wouldn't stop it spinning, it would just stop it rubbing when it does. I'd recommend contacting an engineer to see if they can advise of the issue.
