Replacement on a bosch/Siemens
Part is like for like replacement for bosch washing machine, fitted fairly easily and has been working happily for 2 weeks so far. A couple of useful comments: -There's a youtube video which covers the teardown and replacement (how-2-repair.com) - its worth looking at the comments as my model was slightly different and there were some additional instructions there. - The rubber seal around the end of the element is significantly smaller than on the origional part - but it still fits and seals! All in all, would recommend. Much cheaper than a new washing machine.

Very pleased with replacement heater element
The replacement heater element was good value and very straightforward to fit. The trickiest part was working out which panels of the washing machine to take off. I found it useful to remove the wires, loosen the nut and give the thread a little tap to release the compression of the rubber seal.

Bought this element instead of the genuine product so was a bit wary. But arrived quickly and looked exactly like the original. Fitted with ease. Washing machine is now working perfectly. 10/10

Excellent customer service
Obviously the part fitted perfectly as website easy to navigate to get the right part for the machine. I had to get another replacement and without any ado it was sent straightaway. Cant fault them - its the customer service that gives the best satisfaction - ( ok it was pretty fab that my machine now works instead of dumped).....sooo eco happy!

Bosch washng machine heater element.
It is worth noting that the heater element can be tested (but not replaced) by accessing through the underside of the machine. Worth testing the element in situ to be sure it has failed. A sound element will read 26 ohms or thereabouts. Otherwise a reasonably priced and easy to fit part. A non-OEM part that looks identical to the original.

Excellent all round
I wasn't sure if the part was quite right as a replacement, as the part number was slightly different. However, even though I ordered over the Christmas period, the part arrived very quickly, fitted well, and my washing machine is running perfectly again. Excellent experience all round!

The water of my WFO2451 will not heat. I measured the resistance of the heater, that is 27 Ohm. I think that is correct. The resistance of the other connection on the heater part (I tghink that is an sensor) is 5,8 kOhm when the machine is not in use.
Is that correct? Do you have a suggestion for the problem?
