Just the job
This again was just what I wanted, kept the previous product number so ordering the replacement was no problem. Delivery was quick and on time, fitting took approximately half hour, and the old girl now working perfectly. Ransom spares is the only place to go for your replacement needs.

Easy to Fit
It is appreciated that there are companies that provide these spares as without them it means a new appliance. If you Google it you will see how easy it is to fit. Takes about 15 mins. However, I have had three of these over the past 11 years and it can not be regarded as long lasting.

Straight forward repair
I am well practised in replacing these elements, the previous one lasted 10 months and before that a shorter time. I buy the best available to get a longer life but it seems they are not long lasting anymore. It is just as well Ransoms provide a good service.

Generally striaght forward
Difficulties can arise if one is not supple enough to get ones head, arms in the oven. Beside that a straight forward instal. Furthmore the supportive video are exteremely informative. I got the feeling I was dealing with a serious professional company

Great experience all round
I'd fitted the oven (along with the rest of the kitchen) myself back in 1991 and thought when it stopped heating up, it had done a shift and I didn’t begrudge the thought of having to replace it. Then I thought about the hassle and as you do, had a bit of a Google, and up pops Ransome Spares with a bewildering array of spare parts for a 32-year-old fitted oven. Decided to spend £20 on the off chance it would save me £580. The part arrived promptly and after watching the excellent Ransome Spares video for the third time, I set about it. 20 mins later, low and behold we were able to enjoy oven chips again. I can’t praise Ransome Spares enough for not only the extensive range of replacement parts on an excellent and easy to navigate website, the part being received so quickly and the excellent how-to-do-it YouTube videos full of hints and tips. Well done guys, I’m already looking forward to my next appliance failure.

Is this a 2000w element if not will a 2500w be safe to fit? The current element is 2000w

is this part suitable for a Belling BEL B160EFR fan oven, my sister has lost the manual ! so i do not know the wattage. If it is i would want to order one for her. thank you
