I have a cooling fan that is running continuously and think this cut out may be the problem. Can I test it with a multimeter to check before ordering one?

Hi Mike, thanks for your message. This thermostat cuts in at 65° so should be open circuit until then.

does this part control the cutting in and cutting off of the oven cooling fan
