Description
This is a genuine fan heating element for your oven. With two mounting points that come with screws and other fasteners.
The forced convection of the fan heating element distributes the heated air throughout the oven after drawing in new air for consistent and even cooking.
If your oven isn't heating up properly, takes longer to reach the desired temperature, or has patches that are hotter or colder than they should be, that's your cue to replace the fan element.
This fan heating element is from Neff.

Main oven heating element
Looked on www and opted to purchase from Ransom this was because it was clear it was the correct part. Other suppliers information was not clear enough and some images provided with the correct part number were clearly not the actual art itself. Not a straight forward element to fit, but saved £100 by fitting myself.
All good
Fitted my Neff oven perfectly but you do need to remove the oven as it screws in from the back, you can't fit it just by removing the fan cover plate inside the oven.
Quality part, quickly delivered
Arrived quickly in sealed packaging and was indistinguishable from the original. Note that whilst some of these ring elements can be fitted from the front by removing the internal back plate and extracting forward, for my Neff oven at least this one needed access to the rear of the oven, which necessitated removal from the kitchen units and a fair bit of disassembly, pushing insulating material out of the way etc. Nothing too difficult but not a five minute job and probably not for a complete beginner. Replacement part works perfectly and as ever the service from Ransom was second to none.
