Great replacement
Great replacement part. Old part was badly worn, but Ransom exploded view made it easy to identify and order. Saved me from replacing whole washing machine :-)

Easy fix saved buying a new machine
The drum pulley kit was easy to fit on to an IKEA washing machine. You need an 18mm socket or ring spanner. Make sure the belt is centred on the pulley and spindle to prevent it coming off. I paid extra for quick delivery and it arrived second working day. Good product and good service.

Drum Pulley
My washer/dryer had a knocking noise when spinning and as the guarantee was up I decided to fix it myself. It really couldn’t have been easier. The part I required was easy to identify on the ransomspares web site and delivery was fast. I highly recommend this company!

Great product + service
Our washer dryer stop spinning. Usual London attitude was to bin it and buy new (it's two years old). We did and the delivery guys said they couldn't get it out to fit the new one. We then phoned a handy man to come and help to which they advised it'll be a week before they can come. I took it out myself and opened it up. Pully Wheel rocked in its seat and the belt had come off. Spent an hour googling and figured it out. Ordered the part and it came within 2 days. Ransom spares saved us hundreds of pounds and time! Great company with a great inventory and make it easy to check the part will fit. Many thanks ransom spares!

Easy to fit
Well when I say easy to fit , it is AFTER you get the original half bolt off , which is very tight and easy to damage (half bolts terrible money saving idea !)

Fit like a glove.
Item arrive before 3pm next day delivery, it was easy to fit nice and tight with no play at all as the other drum pulley worn out at the shaft end with massive play from left to right as this made a racket when spinning, well please with the new one and hope this one will last for quite some time to come.
