Hotpoint Washing Machine Door Seal Front Clamping Ring

1. Tools needed

All you’ll need is a small flathead screwdriver or something blunt.

2. Remove front clamping ring

Locate the spring of the front clamping ring which holds the front part of the door seal in place. Once found, use your flathead screwdriver to lift it away from the machine.

3. Attach new front clamping ring

Thread your new front clamping ring around the door seal.

Ensuring the spring is at the bottom and the ring is attached all the way around. Lightly pull the spring down and slot it into the door seal.

And then that’s it, your new front clamping ring band is all set to go!
