Universal Drain Pump

1. Tools needed and safety first

All you’ll need is a Phillips screwdriver.

You'll need a Phillips screwdriver

Firstly, turn off and eliminate all power to your washing machine.

2. Remove existing drain pump

You'll need to access the bottom of the washing machine. Carefully lay the machine on its side, ideally on a towel to soak up any water and prevent scratches. Ask another person for help if needed.

Remove the two electric connectors.

Then remove the screws holding the drain pump in place.

You can now pull the old drain pump away.

3. Install new drain pump

With your new drain pump, make sure the back seal is on, and attach it to the washing machine filter housing.

Then, re-screw the three screws in.

Clip the electric connectors back in place.

And that's it, your new drain pump is all set to go!
